The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino recently reopened the Laguna Restaurant, now fully renovated, and refreshed, with indoor and outdoor seating, will be open with extended hours, from 7am to 12noon on Easter Sunday. Family members and friends may leisurely enjoy the holiday morning together. While the adults savor a delicious meal, kids under 12 will be entertained with Egg Painting throughout the morning.
The new Laguna Restaurant offers an extensive breakfast buffet, featuring seasonal fruit, yogurt & toppings, omelets & eggs to order, warm bites, freshly baked breads, assorted juices, brewed coffee & tea, a delightful mix of sweet and savory treats, in addition to classic breakfast favorites. The resort’s culinary team will be introducing additional festive dishes to the buffet for the Easter celebration such as stuffed onions and quinoa, garbanzo feta salad, mini frittatas with spinach, Applewood smoked bacon, chocolate eggs, Easter egg blondies and birds nest brownies.
Guests may also select from the restaurant’s new à la carte menu featuring signature dishes such as the Super BLT Croissant, the Tropical Acai Bowl and made-to-order waffles. Try a tailored wake-up cocktail or fresh smoothie for a truly delightful start to the day.
