The Cheerleaders of the Philadelphia Eagles enjoyed a farewell BBQ on the beach at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa, having spent a week here shooting their fabulous annual calendar.
They were joined by a number of hotel guests, hotel executives and their own cameraman, photographers, hairdressers, makeup artists, choreographers, and managers as they savored Chef Hector Espinosa’s BBQ brisket among other traditional American favorites.
The squad of 38 female athletes, between the ages of 19 to 31, features real professionals when it comes to community and public appearances. And while they all hold regular jobs as students, teachers, nurses & models, they cherish their part-time athletic activities as Cheerleaders for the famous NFL team.
Their official website reports that the Eagles Cheerleaders perform for thousands of fans at Eagles games and travel internationally to visit military troops stationed overseas. They wear uniforms designed by the famed Vera Wang and are featured in national television shows and magazines including Maxim, FHM and Muscle and Fitness.
Sunday’s farewell BBQ party unfolded from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and included special guests, the Travel Planner Radio Show hosts, Kevin & Sue McCarthy, out of St. Louis, USA.
They just broadcast live from the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa, last Saturday, and their show was listened to in the St. Louis metro area on three radio stations KZQZ, 1430AM-St. Louis, WBGZ, 1570AM-St. Louis and KMOX, NewsRadio 1120- St. Louis and nation-wide on Satellite radio through the Global American Broadcasting Satellite Network, for three hours of Aruba information and live interviews with key personalities.
