EAGLE BEACH – Aruba’s new favorite pastime is beach tennis.  The sport is
growing by leaps and bounds in Aruba, with several hundred players hitting
the sand weekly for leagues, tournaments, and just for fun.  This past
Saturday evening, a group of dedicated players came to The Hollywood
Smokehouse to refuel after a day of tournament matches.
The Hollywood Smokehouse, now located at the Alhambra Casino & Shops in
Eagle Beach, is Aruba’s only authentic smokehouse, featuring hickory smoked
pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, burgers, and more, served with homemade
sauces and side dishes.  Local favorites at Hollywood include the smoked
grouper tacos and the Korean lettuce wraps (butter lettuce cups served with
Asian slaw, Korean BBQ sauce, and a choice of fish, pulled pork, or chicken
breast).  The smokehouse’s blackberry bourbon lemonade is also a big hit and
the perfect way to wash down all that southern smoked barbecue goodness!
The Hollywood Smokehouse is open weekdays from 5pm to 10pm, weekends from
