BARRACUDAS SYNCHRONIZED SIMMERS ORGANIZE FUN BINGO AT MARRIOTT

On Saturday, April 2nd 2011 a fun bingo event will be organized from 2:00PM-5:00 PM in the Grand Ballroom of the Aruba Marriott Resort (hotel). There are many cash prizes to be won ranging from 75 to 750 florins, along with some very exciting door prizes.

All proceeds for this bingo will be used to cover the travel expenses of the Barracuda Synchronized Swimming Club of Aruba’s top swimming performers, who will represent Aruba abroad. The Barracuda girls that perform in the synchronized swimming selection train very hard, around some 15-20 hours per week to put in the best scores for Aruba. Upcoming performances include synchronized swimming contests in Canada, Puerto Rico and Peru. The sports club does not have sufficient funds and therefore organizes this bingo at The Aruba Marriott Resort as a fundraiser. Everybody is welcome to join and great prizes can be won!

The Barracudas Synchronized Swimming Club was founded in 1975 and houses multiple top performing teams in synchronized swimming, consisting of girls (only) ranging in age from 6 to 18. With the Barracudas being the only synchronized swimming club in Aruba, they are well known throughout the Caribbean as one of the strongest performers in the region!

If you would like to be part of this winning team and become a synchronized swimmer at the Barracudas Swimming Club you are most welcome to join. You must be in the possession of swimming diploma C, and if you like music, swimming, stretching and exercise, this might be just the sport for you! For more information, please contact the Barracudas Synchronized Swimming Club, Louella Brezovar, tel 587-3527.
