A mega familiarization trip of AVAVIT members, enjoyed island hospitality over the weekend. AVAVIT, the Venezuelan association of travel agents and tourism, was invited here by the Aruba Tourism Authority in collaboration with the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association.
The opening ceremony of the three-day, action-packed familiarization trip, was held in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom, Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa.
The agents were welcomed to the resort by the sales and marketing team and showed around the property and its magnificent grounds, and beach. Following the informative site inspection, the opening festivities unfolded, introducing the visiting agents to Aruba’s tourism product, with the goal of growing the number of tourists from Venezuela to Aruba.
