Palm Beach – The Aruba chapter of the popular Toastmasters Club convened for an Educational Meeting in the Ruby Room at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, just recently. The organization, determined to turn its members into confident public-speakers and strong leader, provides a supportive learn-by-doing environment, which allows members to achieve their goals at their own pace.
The much-enjoyed evening at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino was themed Red Carpet Night, and served to celebrate Toastmasters International’s 91st anniversary.
Known as Toastmasters’ Day, on October 22nd, more than 332,000 members around the globe convene for educational opportunities, improving their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 15,400 clubs in 135 countries that make up the global network of meeting locations.
Aruba Toastmasters Club meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, at Scol Di Arte in San Nicolas from 7pm to 9pm, and it welcomes everyone as guest, with an open invitation to also become a member and change their life, having acquired important expertise, true to Toastmasters International mission to empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.
