Palm Beach –Delegate of the annual Aruba Meets Europe, AME, hoteliers and members of the Aruba Tourism Authority and the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association enjoyed a most creative evening offered by Divi Resorts and hosted by it Managing Director Alex Nieuwmeyer and his executive staff at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort.
Also on hand to meet and mingle with the dignitaries Tabitha Fecunda, Island Marketing & Promotion Manager, and Howard Maduro, Divi’s Latin America Sales Director.
The evening took off with an elegant cocktail party under the stars with a full live Jazz orchestra set up on a platform on the edge of the water.
The invited AME delegates, all travel professionals from Europe, were enchanted with the reception they received. After all, they were invited to the island in order to experience Aruba’s vacation product first-hand and were very impressed with the brand of hospitality at Divi Resorts, and the beauty of their resort surroundings.
Executive Chef Anthony de Palm further charmed guests with the rich and varies party food. Guests enjoyed the food as their toes were caressed by the sugar white sand their taste buds were tempted by contemporary Caribbean and international specialties.
