dsc05772For the upcoming weeks up to the end of February Aquarius Restaurant at the Renaissance Mall is offering a special fun promotion which will surely delight good-food lovers. The restaurant is offering a 15% discount off its $39.- per person charge, for the sumptuous Seafood Dinner Buffet, famous for live seafood action-stations.

The elaborate Aquarius Seafood Dinner Buffet menu includes a Seafood Bar featuring Maine Lobster chicks with mustard mayonnaise, Steamed Caribbean peel’n’eat shrimp, King Crab Legs, Coconut Seafood Ceviche flavored with Cilantro, Hot Smoked Tuna served Sushi style, assorted Maki Sushi Rolls with seafood and vegetables and a Boucan fish board with smoked Mackerel, Herring, Eel and Mussels.

The Seafood Dinner Buffet also offers a rich Salad & Soup display with seasonal greens and a raw bar loaded with assorted dressings and condiments besides just-made Criollo Potato Salad, Marinated Ripe Tomatoes, Conch Salad, Peppered Bean Salad, Hearts of Palm, Surimi Crab Salad, Caribbean Seafood Salad, Marinated Feta with herbs, Pasta Pesto Salad, Apple Coleslaw & Creole Ratatouille. Known for their creative soup kettle the chefs of Aquarius restaurant are inspired to concoct a different Caribbean Soup, every day.

For main courses the chefs also compose a fresh selection each day brimming with beef, poultry, fish and pasta accompanied by vegetables, starches and rice, which complement the interactive Cooking Station, sautéing Grouper, Snapper, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Scallops and Shrimp, a la minute, with patrons’ input and inspiration.

For those with healthy appetites, the Carving Station is ready to delight with Jamaican Roast Striploin topped by horseradish and Dijon mustard, in addition to Glazed Ham & Roast Turkey, but most diners head straight for the dessert extravaganza, indulging in the pastry chef’s daily specialties, while they still have room  . . .
