La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club hosted an appreciation luncheon in the Conference Room honoring individuals nominated for Associates of the Month of July, August and September, also Supervisor and Team of the third quarter.
With the introduction of each nominee, the Department Heads share briefly reasons for the nomination, allowing words such as commitment, engagement, professionalism, excellence, teamwork, initiative, passion and dedication to described nominees and their commendable performances, delivered daily during the operation hours of the resort.
Simultaneously recognized for their loyalty and multiple years of service, were associates celebrating their 20th, 15th and 5th anniversary with the company.
Assistant Front Office Manager Aichel Lynch did a terrific job as Master of Ceremonies creating the necessary suspense and building excitement up among lunch attendees.
Congratulations were sent to the Food & Beverage department for the superb luncheon expertly prepared on the occasion. All nominees, winners and anniversary celebrants, enjoyed the event cherishing the attention and the applause.

Nominated for September with winner Minerva Hayes of the PBX, Andy Geerman, Engineering, Molly Mc Farlane, Housekeeping and Nixon Castillo, Recreations.
Nominated for Supervisor of the Third Quarter 2011, with winner Jeanette Brooks, Food & Beverage, Anthony Henriquez, Engineering, Dolores Flores, Housekeeping and Carine Cratz, Human Resources. Team of the 3rd Quarter was the Laundry Team from the Housekeeping Department
