A well attended and very lively party at Amazonia Churrascaria heralded the restaurant’s recent refresh under the Get Fresh, Get Festive & Get Spoiled slogan.
The popular Brazilian style steakhouse, Aruba’s first original Churrascaria underwent a seasonal refresh during the past few months with the addition of new and exciting features, all supplementing the restaurant already-stellar repertory, in response to guests’ requests.
In addition to prime cuts of choice grilled meats and a sensational 52 item fresh-ingredient salad bar, the restaurant now serves just-baked, all new homemade breads, and sinfully decadent new homemade desserts, prepared from scratch in-house.
A unique new feature on the restaurant floor is the carving cart offering ocean-fresh fish carved table-side, an unusual and enthusiastically-received option, which became an instant hit among diners.
The bar menu introduced refreshing new fruity sangria and tropical caipirinha, and rounded up the list of innovations and improvements under the leadership of restaurant General Manager Patrick v/d Berg and owners’ representative, food & beverage consultant Jeff Lesker.
The invited concierges enjoyed an abundance of appetizers representing the restaurant’s salad bar, chased by a variety of delicious grilled samples and a profusion of dessert bites.
The celebration, over music and cocktails also introduced the restaurant’s refreshed décor, cushions, flowers, plants and the implementation of a loyalty program.
Amazonia Churrascaria first opened in Aruba in 2001, as the first original Churrascaria. The restaurant offers dinner Monday to Saturday from 6pm to 11pm and Sunday from 4pm to 11pm, delivering a truly unique dining experience, perfectly suited for large and small families, diverse groups, and intimate dinners for two, over great food and fine wine.
