Amazonia Among Top 20

Having a Great Time at AmazoniaFlorida Trend the website for Florida Business named Amazonia among top 20 new restaurants in the state. The sister-restaurant of the famed Aruban landmark is making waves in Florida and impressed restaurant critic Robert W. Tolf to the degree that he included it in his top 20 for the state.

The FloridaTrend website list of 20 Best Newcomers spans the culinary and geographic breadth of Florida, and distinguished the Rodizio Churrascaria, reporting that “the restaurant is famous for the non-stop grill with gauchos from the Pampas serving skewered beef, pork, lamb sliced and served tableside after you stuff yourself silly at the humungous salad bar.” Amazonia in Florida is located on 11300 Legacy Avenue, Palm Beach Gardens, and it is styled after its sister Brazilian Rodizio Steakhouse, on Palm Beach Aruba.

The Brazilian gaucho tradition comes to life in both of these authentic settings where a prixe-fixed menu offers a dozen cuts of meat, which have been slowly spin-roasted and grilled over an open flame.

The Roaming Gauchos, southern Brazil’s specialized carvers, present the savory meats tableside, after patron sampled the delicious items on the expansive salad bar, nicely complemented by an award winning wine list and signature Brazilian cocktails, to present continuous dining…until you flip the little wooden tower from green to red, food will keep on coming …
