Chris O’Connell who runs the Pilates Plus studio on Caya Dr. J.E.M. Arends 15, promises you will feel the difference in ten sessions, see the difference in twenty sessions and on your way to having a complete new body, in just thirty sessions.
The Pilates Plus studio offers classes as early at 6:30am, and as late as 6:30pm and uses many different props and pieces of equipment to expand on the original 34 exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Classes use the Reformer beds, the Magic Circles, Stability Balls, BoSu, Foam Rollers and more.
The reformer beds pictured here are pieces of equipment that will work your whole body to the core. The bed-like frames, raised a few inches from the floor, make Pilates a whole new fun adventure. The dynamic resistance which the reformer provides means you will work harder and achieve much better results.
