A Divine Sunset Dinner Experience Awaits You


Patrons are invited to return to Sunset Grille for a Divine Sunset Wine Pairing Experience, at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino.

Late last year, Sunset Grille introduced a series of wine dinners showcasing the steakhouse’s elevated cuisine in collaboration with top-tier local wine suppliers.

Two of the special events were enthusiastically received and sold out. The third event, a lively pairing with select eclectic dishes scheduled for the spring, was postponed as the island shut down.

This month, with the island again open for business, the much anticipated wine pairing is set to unfold on Saturday, July 25th, 2020. It will again be guided by Divino’s star sommelier, Kiume Tjon-A-Tsien, the winner of the 2020 Sommelier of the Year competition.

The menu for the evening was created by French & American-trained Executive Chef Matt Boland, and French born Katia Soujol, Executive Sous Chef, inspired by the Sunset Grille’s fine culinary tradition, since 1959.

The evening will take off with a Sparkling Wine Reception at Mira Solo Lobby Bar at 6:30pm, then guests will be escorted to their tables at 7pm.

On the menu:

  • Grilled Oyster Mignonette Sauce, Bacon Crumble paired with Meiomi Rosé, California, USA
  • Buffalo Mozzarella Red Beet Mozzarella, Grilled Pineapple, Balsamic Vinegar paired with Gnarly Head Viognier, California, USA
  • Local Grouper Moutarde de Meaux Sauce, Funchi Cake paired with Sea Sun by Caymus Chardonnay, California, USA
  • Duo of Beef | Skirt Steak & Filet Mignon Choron & Chimichurri Sauce, Baby Rainbow Potatoes & Vegetables paired with Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon, Knights Valley California, USA
  • Key Lime Fruit Tartlet Blueberries, Whipped Cream paired with Mia Sparkling Moscato, Spain

The five-course culinary experience with complimentary wine pairing is priced at $69 per person, plus 18% service charge.
