Earlier this month, La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino hosted a special Holiday-Themed Luncheon for its team of hardworking associates.
The Chit Chat Café, the Associate’s Cafeteria, was beautifully decorated, and associates enjoyed a delicious menu, especially prepared for them as they socialized and congratulated the 4th Quarter over-achievers.
Great music and a casual, fun ambiance set the perfect tone for the team to kick off its celebration recognizing those who excelled at what they do consistently, helping guests created memorable vacations.
The winner for the month of October was Damien Croes, Executive Office. Other nominees included:
Abelardo Restrepo, Housekeeping: Rowgan Cobrador, Pool & Beach; Elsa Benjamin, Accounting and Sandy Ras, Engineering.
The winner for the month of November was Teodora Frias, Housekeeping. Other nominees included: Xiomara Oliveros, Food & Beverage and Adilio Diaz, Engineering.
The winner for the month December was Antonio Bocanegra, Accounting. Other nominees included: Alexandra Croes, Housekeeping; Nathalie Wouters, Owners Services; Luzmery Galviz, Food & Beverage; Serge Louise, Engineering.
The Human Resources Team immediately continued with the program and recognized the Supervisor of the Quarter, Team of the Quarter and Manager of the Quarter
Jeanette Brooks won Supervisor of the Quarter. Other nominees included Adriana Tromp, Housekeeping; Dorothy de Graf, Accounting; John Lopez Restrepo, Front Office.
The Pool & Beach team won Team of the Quarter. Other nominees included Housekeeping Supervisors and the Engineering Team.
As Manager of the Quarter Rina Geerman landed top honors. Other nominees included Efigenio Dania, Engineering.
